This Notice applies to any use of the Vaximate (the “App”), including all content, features, functionality, programs, applications, or services provided on or through the App (collectively, the “Services”). This Notice describes the information the App collects and uses, including the treatment of any personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”). It also explains your privacy choices.
This Privacy Notice is incorporated into and made part of the end user license agreement. by accessing and using the app, you agree that you have read and understand this privacy notice and that you accept and consent to the privacy practices (and any uses and disclosures of information about you) that are described here.

Information you choose to Provide
In providing you with the Services, this App may collect or access certain information that you choose to provide, either directly or through your use of our Services.
All information will remain stored locally on your device and will not be transmitted to Pfizer or any other third party (“Local Data”). Local Data may include your dosing information, and any adverse events you may experience.
This App may [also] collect [other] information which is transmitted to Pfizer (“Shared Data”). Such data may include whether you are a patient or a caregiver and how long you have been on therapy. Without sharing any user related information.
This App does not collect or share any Personal Information, such as your name or contact information. Accordingly, no information that you provide to the App will be linked to or associated with your Personal Information.
Information Collected Automatically
This App may also collect certain non-personally identifiable information automatically (Information Collected Automatically). For example, this App may receive technical information relating to your usage of the App such as your operating system, device, features used, content viewed and downloaded, the dates and times of your interactions with the App and other information. How do we use this information?
Pfizer and its employees, contractors, agents, representatives, service providers may use Information Collected Automatically to better understand, customize and improve user experience with our Services. For example, we may engage analytics services to analyze this information in order to help us understand how visitors engage with and navigate the App, how and when features within the App are used and by how many users.
Location Information
This App does not collect or use location information.
Storage
As described above in the Collection and Use section of this Privacy Notice, Local Data collected by this App will be stored locally on your device. This information will not be transmitted to Pfizer or third parties for any purpose other than to provide you with the Services.
Security
As discussed in the previous section, Local Data is stored locally on your device. Pfizer cannot guarantee the security of Local Data.
Your Privacy Choices
You may stop all collection of information by the App at any time by uninstalling the App. Only daily reminders will remain in native calendar. To remove those daily reminders, you have to switch off reminders from application and then uninstall it. Any other information will be removed at the time of uninstalling the app.
Updates to this Notice
From time to time, we may update and post revisions to this Privacy Notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Privacy Notice. If the Privacy Notice changes in a way that significantly affects how we handle information, including Personal Information, we will not use the information we previously gathered in the manner described in the new policy without providing notice and/or obtaining your consent, as appropriate. Minor changes to the policy may occur that will not significantly affect our use of information without notice or consent.
