Pfizer respects your privacy and understands that health is a very personal and private subject. This Privacy Notice applies to any use of the SelfMate (the “App”), including all content, features, functionality, programs, applications, or services provided on or through the App (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Notice describes the information the App collects and uses, including the treatment of any personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”). It also explains your privacy choices.

This Privacy Notice is incorporated into and made part of the end user license agreement. By accessing and using the App, you agree that you have read and understand this Privacy Notice and that you accept and consent to the privacy practices (and any uses and disclosures of information about you) that are described here.

Information you choose to Provide

In providing you with the Services, this App may collect or access certain information that you choose to provide, either directly or through your use of the App features.

Pfizer does not collect or share any Personal Information (i.e. name, date of birth, gender, smoking status, disease history and duration, appearance of first symptoms). All information will remain stored locally on your device and will not be transmitted to Pfizer or any other third party (“Local Data”). Local Data may include Personal Information, dosing information, and your overall health experience provided by you through Workability Questionnaire and Health Assessment Questionnaire. 

Information Collected Automatically

This App may also collect certain non-personally identifiable information automatically(Information Collected Automatically). For example, this App may collect technical information relating to your usage of the App such as your operating system, device, features used, content viewed and downloaded, the dates and times of your interactions with the App and other information.

How do we use this information?

Pfizer and its employees, contractors, agents, representatives, service providers may use Information Collected Automatically to better understand, customize and improve user experience with our Services. For example, we may engage analytics services to analyze this information in order to help us understand how visitors engage with and navigate the App, how and when features within the App are used and by how many users.

Location Information

This App does not collect or use location information.

Storage

As described above in the Collection and Use section of this Privacy Notice, Local Data collected by this App will be stored locally on your device. This information will not be transmitted to Pfizer or third parties for any purpose. The local data collected through Adobe Analytics is only to assess how many users are using the App.

Security

As discussed in the previous section, Local Data is stored locally on your device. Pfizer does not have access to any of your Local Data.

Your Privacy Choices

You may stop all collection of information by the App at any time by uninstalling the App. Any other information will be removed at the time of uninstalling the app.

Updates to this Notice

From time to time, we may update and post revisions to this Privacy Notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Privacy Notice. If the Privacy Notice changes in a way that significantly affects how we handle information, including Personal Information, we will not use the information we previously gathered in the manner described in the new policy without providing notice and/or obtaining your consent, as appropriate. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices. This Privacy Notice was updated as of the effective App launch date in March 2022.

Governing Law

This Privacy Notice forms part of our End User License Agreement and as such shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as further provided in the Terms of Use.

The product selection provided in the App is intended only for residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The products discussed herein may have different product labeling in different countries.

By selecting the “Agree” button while you are installing the App, you already represented to Pfizer that:

1. you have read, understood and agree to the terms and condition of this Privacy Notice and EULA “End-User License Agreement”; and
2.  you are the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence or possess legally binding parental or guardian consent to agree to this Privacy Notice and EULA “End-User License Agreement”.
