As Pfizer is part of a global group of companies, some of your information may be transferred to servers located in countries other than Australia, including the United States for storage and adverse event collection purposes.
- Any personal information will be collected and stored by Pfizer, and may be disclosed to third parties involved in administering the Program. Any other third parties involved in administering Program will handle your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and Pfizer’s Privacy Policy.
- You have a right to access, review and/or update the personal information held about you OR to opt out of the Program.
- If you opt out of this program, your personal and sensitive information will only be retained for record keeping and auditing purposes and as required by law or regulation. If this Program is terminated, your personal and sensitive information will only be retained for record keeping and auditing purposes and as required by law or regulation.
- By providing your personal and sensitive information as part of the Program, you consent to the collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal and sensitive information as set out above.
